We’re so excited to host you for your stay in beautiful Panama City Beach. Please read carefully—this should answer most of your questions.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Central Time)

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Central Time)

• ⚠️ The door code will not activate until exactly 4:00 PM CENTRAL TIME on your scheduled check-in date. It will deactivate promptly at 10:00 AM CENTRAL TIME on your check-out date. These times are strictly enforced and cannot be adjusted.

• Your door code and garage gate code will be emailed a couple of days prior to arrival.

🚗 Parking Instructions

• Pull into the circular drive but do not park at the front door to unload. Proceed directly to the parking garage.

• One (1) garage parking pass and one (1) overflow lot pass are provided in the unit.

• If you bring two vehicles, one may park in the garage; the second must be parked in the overflow lot located west of the building.

• Park only in clearly marked spaces and stay within the lines. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed without warning.

• Write your arrival and departure dates on the parking pass and hang it from your rearview mirror immediately. Security checks passes daily.

🏠 Arrival & Wristbands

• Go directly to Unit 1227. Do not stop at the front desk, as they cannot assist self-managed guests.

• Your welcome package, parking passes, and wristbands will be waiting inside located either on the table in the entryway or the kitchen table.

• Wristbands must be worn at all times in Origin common areas. They are not removable, so avoid putting them on too tightly.

🪑 About the Unit

• Your condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Please notify us immediately if anything is unsatisfactory.

• A starter supply of essentials is provided:

  • 1 roll of toilet paper

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • 1 dishwasher pod

  • Hand soap

  • Travel-size shampoo & conditioner

• Additional items can be purchased at nearby stores.

🚫 Do not take bath towels to the beach.
Need beach towels? Sunsations (at street level, west end of the building) has plenty available for purchase.

🛏️ Sleeper Sofa Info

• The sleeper sofa offers extra sleeping space.

• Fresh sheets are in a sealed package inside the bedroom closet.

• ⚠️ We do not provide additional throw blankets or comforters beyond what is on the primary bed. If using the sleeper sofa, please bring an extra throw blanket for comfort.

🏊 Resort Amenities

• Pool, hot tub, and fitness center: Located on the 4th floor. Use the center elevators.

• Observation deck: 15th floor via the east elevator (center elevators do not reach the 15th floor).

• Beach access: Across the street at the designated crosswalk, between Sharky’s and the Seahaven Motel.

• Trash: There is a trash chute in the same room as the East elevator. The East elevator can be access by walking out of the front door of Beachy Dreams and going straight down the hall. The elevator access and trash chute are near the end of the hall on the left.

🌴 Beach Chair Service

• Your stay includes 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (seasonal: approx. Mar 15 – Oct 31).

• Visit the FunPCB.com kiosk at the beach access (between Sharky’s and The Reef at Seahaven).

• To reserve chairs, give your unit number (#1227) to the attendant.

• If no one is present, feel free to use available chairs.

• Typical service hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to provider discretion.
